Here is the line-up of the Wavin' K Performance Horses broodmares.  All of these mares are proven inside and outside of the arena.  They each have different attributes that they pass along to their colts, but all have one thing in common: great minds, great athleticism, and great looks.

"Josie" is an exciting addition to the Wavin' K family.  She is a race winner from down south, and currently has a daughter on the race track in Ft. Worth who is doing well.  She is a very beautiful mare, well balanced and super fast.  She will continue to be competed on in barrel racing and bred this spring.  You can bet I'm excited for her babies, there is no doubt they will be future performance champions!

"French" (along with two of her fillys out of an own son of Frosty Feature) is a recent addition to the Wavin' K family.  Coming from the Lake Ranch of Hulett, she is a beautiful bay mare with Top Deck, Coys Bonanza breeding, who is an own granddaughter of the great FRENCHMAN'S GUY.  We are definately looking forward to getting some wonderful colts out of this great mare, her babies will be super fast and will hunt a barrel like they will hunt a cow.

"Super" is a speed bred APHA mare.  She is 1/4 thoroughbred, she is out of a Whizz Blitz, Jet Deck sire and a Native Dancer, Duplicate Copy (own son of Go Man Go) dam.  Her pedigree is littered with AAA and AA race winners.  She was born black and white, but greyed out.  She throws loud fancy foals who have amazing performance potential!  She is the sweetest mare and a great momma.

"Fancy" is a beautiful sorrel AQHA mare.  She is an own grandaughter of Smart Little Lena and Capitol Letters.  She is super athletic and cowy, and has almost perfect conformation.  She is scheduled to be bred to TC next year, we are really looking forward to her first baby!

TEZN TELE  --  "Cindy"

"Cindy" is a cute bay AQHA mare, she is an own daughter of LENAS TELESIS.  She is proven in the cutting pen, she was shown her 3 year old year and is an NCHA money earner.  She had her first baby in 09, a handsome TC colt who can be seen below.  LENAS TELESIS is best kown for daughters who are money earner producers.

"Scenic" is a big 99 APHA medicine hat paint mare.  She is an outstanding barrel, pole, and rope horse and has proven herself time and again inside the rodeo arena.  Now it is her time to prove herself in another way.  We are looking forward to breeding her next year and getting some top of the line performance horse babies from her.

IMA DYNAMITE ANGEL -- "Angel"

"Angel" is a sorrel AQHA mare from the well known Bartlett Ranch.  She is a bigger mare who has cowy and athletic babies.  She is from Tom McGuire's broodmare herd on lease.  She is bred to TC for 2010 foal.  Being an own granddaughter of Peppy San Badger AND Docs Lynx,  we are anticipating a great looking, bigger cutting prospect from this cross.

HOT SMOKIN FAJITA -- "Fajita"

"Fajita" is a sorrel AQHA mare who is compact and blocky built.  She has a short back and is powerfully muscled, while still having a pretty little head and neck.  She is another from Tom's herd.  She is cow bred and will have a 2010 TC baby.  We are looking forward to a compact cow-hunting little cutting prospect from this cross.

DOCTOR DIXIE JJ -- "Dixie"

"Dixie" is a pretty headed bay AQHA mare who is a granddaughter of Docs J Jay.  She is a beautiful mover and has that georgous deep bay coloring.  She is the third mare from Tom's herd.  She is bred to TC for a 2010 foal and we are expecting a great looking  cutting or roping prospect.

TC is an own son of Snorty Lena - NCHA LTE $107,000 who is out of Shorty Lena - Leading NCHA Sire, Offspring earnings $5,451,218 by Doc O Lena - Offspring earnings in excess of $14 Million.   TC is out of a Mr. Gunsmoke, King Bars, Poco Bueno bred mare.

TC is a cowy, abnormally athletic, and super stylish dark bay 2002 AQHA stud.  Owned and trained by Traci Hatten, he is a finished cutting horse, and is currently being shown throughout Wyoming and surrounding states.  He is an NCHA money earner.  TC has "stamped" his foals with outstanding dispositions and tons of cow.

My hobby, other than horses...is horses!  I am getting involved with the world of miniatures, and I love them.  I only have three miniatures at the time and am training them to drive as well as ride.  They are a lot of fun and I really enjoy them.
